Lexington Chapter of Financial Service Professionals
Presents
"Asset Protection Planning"
We live in a litigious society. It is crucial that wealthy individuals use asset protection strategies to protect their estates and the property that they intend to leave to their beneficiaries upon death. Further, many wealthy individuals who experienced past successes may encounter financial problems in the future that could put their personal estates at significant risk. Therefore, asset protection strategies should be considered as part of an estate and financial plan.
We are very excited to welcome Tom Bunch as our speaker.
Mr. Bunch is an attorney with Bunch & Brock in Lexington. He began practicing law with his father's law firm in 1989 in the area of bankruptcy and estate planning. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Wake Forest University in 1986 and a J.D. from the University of Kentucky, College of Law, in 1989.
Tom practices in Debtor and Creditor Legal Issues arising in Bankruptcy (with extensive experience in Chapter 7, 11, 12 and 13 cases) and non-bankruptcy matters (loan workouts, debt relief and debt settlement). During the last several years, Tom has played an increasing role at Bunch & Brock in Estate Planning and Estate Administration cases. Tom’s bankruptcy experience complements his skills in the administration of insolvent probate cases.
This meeting is a joint meeting with the Bluegrass Estate Planning Council. We are looking forward to a great networking opportunity.
